Megan's Memorial, and for her son Oliver
Donation protected
Megan Pritchard, dedicated mother of Oliver, Daughter of Janie Pritchard and Brother to Austin Pritchard, unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, February 10th, 2022.
Her family is raising money to help with memorial costs, medical bills, and helping with the needs her of son, Oliver, who is 6 years old and autistic.
Megan was the most compassionate, loving, and kind person. She was very dedicated and patient with Oliver. She cherished being a mother, raising him, and showering him with love. That kindness and compassion didn't end with Oliver, she showed it everyone. On a gloom, rainy day, Megan encountered a stranger on the sidewalk with no shelter, no umbrella, that was in need of help. She didn't have much to offer, but she had her only umbrella and an unopened bottle of water. She stopped and gave them her umbrella and water, to ease their hardship. She wanted the world to be a better place. She knew that her actions, no matter how small, would make a difference. She couldn't help everyone, but knew if she could help one person, she was making the world a kinder place. Her ambition to help others, inspired her to study nursing. She knew she wanted to become either a pediatric nurse or a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She made excellent grades and as difficult as it was, she balanced being a full-time mother and a student. Even on her way to become a nurse, she used the little money she had to buy one of her professors (who wore shoes that were badly worn everyday) a new pair of shoes to show her appreciation and to help them.
The world lost one of its kindest souls.
Her family and her son would much appreciate and be thankful for any donation given.
If you are reading this, and cannot donate, I encourage you to help someone in need or show an act of kindness in her memory. She wanted to inspire others, and she always did it through actions rather than words.
