Help us with Mark’s medical bills

My Dad is an extraordinary human being. If you have the pleasure to know him you would see on a regular basis his willingness to drop whatever he is doing to happily help a person in need. He gives without thinking twice. It’s just apart of who he is. His home and heart are always open to a person in need, or just anyone in general. I love him for it and grew up in a life of service. He’s been the greatest example to me of Christ like love! 


My Dad is now in need of support. Specifically in helping to pay off his medical bills after his horrific accident last Tues (Dec 10th). My parents are creating a self-sustaining permaculture home on a 5 acre plot all by themselves. To not only support themselves but provide for their family and community as well. My Dad was in the middle of cutting down a massive tree branch on their land when something went wrong and instead of the branch coming clean off it ended up peeling down the tree and caught my Dads line crushing him into the tree. 

We we are lucky he is alive and also not paralyzed. My Dad knows divine intervention is what saved him. Due to the extensive damage he received, he had to have a highly invasive surgery to clean out the sepsis and remove the appendix, part of the colon, and a large part of the small intestine.  That was all removed because of a perforation (hole) in his intestine that needed to be repaired.  He fractured a wing tip on one of his lower vertebrae and has a great deal of soft tissue damage. The road to recovery is going to be a long one. He won’t be able to work for a while in order to heal completely, which is a financial strain on my parents as well as a life sustaining/supporting strain.”


My parents would never ask for financial help so we (his children) are humbly asking for help on their behalf and are extremely grateful for every donation, prayer and positive thought we receive!! We are happy to have Mark/Dad still physically with us — he is our Christmas miracle!
