Mario

Meet Mario. He is 10 years old; full of joy and highly intelligent.

On the morning of June 5, 2019. While waiting for his aunt at his mom's place of employment. He'd built a fort behind his mom's parked vehicle nowhere close to traffic to pass the time. The driver of the pick-up truck unknowingly drove over the fort crushing Mario inside. Mario was immediately taken to a local hospital by an ambulance. Available doctors and nurses on-seen quickly tended to him in the Emergency room. He's initially diagnosed with, the upper left arm is broken, the left ribs are fractured, the left lung punctured, the right lung bruised, bleeding spleen, the left kidney malfunctioned, bruised right kidney, and a fractured pelvis.

We have been visiting Mario almost daily since the incident in hoping for better news. His condition is worsen suffering from a bleeding liver, inflamed abdominal, he's unable to keep down food and water due to severe vomiting. He has no sensation from the lower ribs down to his feet. The doctors do not know when he's able to be released. Should he be released, he will be emitted to Children's Hospital for rehabilitation. At this time, they do not know when he'll have sensation in his legs.

We've known Mario and Rosa since Mario was a baby.  We treat them like family.

We are reaching out to our friends, family members, and communities to raise money for Rosa who is a single mom. To help her with rent, loss wage, and more importantly providing medical care for Mario.  While she tends to his bedside.
