Hi everyone,

My name is Enoch, and I’m organizing this fundraiser for my brother Luke, who has been courageously battling stage 4 thyroid cancer.

Luke has fought cancer three times since he was 17, and even after years of treatments and challenges, his heart remains full of joy. One of the small things that’s brought him — and others — happiness is a duck-shaped bag he bought online. Every time he wears it, people smile, laugh, and start conversations — especially kids at the hospital.

Now, for his 30th birthday, Luke dreams of creating his own version of the duck bag — one that he designs himself and can share with others to spread joy and hope.

We’re hosting a birthday fundraiser and community event on Nov 29 at the Nikkei Centre to celebrate this milestone and help fund the start of his creative journey.

All funds raised will go toward:

Designing and producing Luke’s first custom duck bag

Developing prototypes and materials to bring his design to life

Covering costs for the event and small startup expenses
