The Luke Bell Foundation- Helping Folks with a Troubled Mind Find Peace

Mental Health and Drug addiction are common issues among artists and musicians, who often often face unique challenges and pressures in their careers. The creative process can be emotionally intense and it can take a tole on mental well-being, while the pressure of performance, touring, and the music industry can lead to stress, anxiety and substance abuse.

The Luke Bell Foundation is in the process of being created in order to provide resources to help artists and musicians address these issues, including group counseling and therapy, support groups, and addiction treatment. We are working to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around around mental health and addiction in the music industry, and to promote healthier practices and environments for artists and musicians to be able to heal.

However we need your help, in the form of donations, to bring this dream to life. The first step is registering our foundation. The 5O1C itself, to register as a nonprofit, costs $954.00. Other start up costs include, legal Zoom, printing, insurance and a domain name, which on average will cost $1,100.

With $2,000 dollars we could could take the first step in completing our mission in remembrance of Luke Bell, a trusted friend, and talented artist. To create a place where individuals and families affected by addiction and mental illness can get a jump start on living healthy, and fulfilling lives.

We envision a society that is free from the discrimination that often accompany these conditions and where all individuals have access to high-quality care and support in a rural and healing setting. So regardless of your ability to give today, all support is critical to the foundations work, in promoting awareness, and providing support to improve the lives of those affected by mental health and drug addiction issues.
