London Marathon My Way - starting at midnight
At midnight on Sunday 27 April I am again taking on the Flawed Hero Marathon event in Letchworth. Yes, midnight. Me and 199 others will complete the equivalent London Marathon distance “My Way” before the London Marathon participants have even reached the start line.
I did it last year and at the end very clearly stated “Never again” yet here we are. The whole concept is absurd, it’s darker, colder, and there’s no crowd to lift you in dark moments. But again, here we find ourselves. All I can say is that Phil Roberton the organiser is very persuasive.
I would love it if you would help with my fundraising. I'm raising money in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK, the London Marathon official charity this year. Every donation will help.
Thank you in advance for your contribution.
More information about Pancreatic Cancer UK:
Pancreatic cancer is a tough one but we're taking it on. We're supporting those affected by the disease, investing in ground-breaking research, lobbying for greater recognition of pancreatic cancer and being a voice for everyone involved in the fight. Together we're taking it on.
