Appeal For Mawuli School Desks
Donation protected
Mawuli School needs your help!
It has come to the notice of OMSU UK an Old School Alumni that Mawuli School, Ho, Ghana, West Africa is in dire need of furniture for their classrooms.
At the moment, some students are having to sit on cement blocks, the floor, stand or share chairs during lessons. There are even fewer desks than chairs, with students taking notes on their laps or using the floor. As we know, good seating position is the key to better concentration levels and improved grades.
We are desperately appealing to you to donate desks for our classrooms. A mono desk, made by our local carpenter, costs just £25 on average.
Mawuli school at the moment is in a deficit of 1,500 mono desks.
We need your help NOW to put a smile on the faces of the leaders of the future! This is a global campaign to raise Funds.
Old Mawulians, of which I am one, are especially encouraged to donate generously to help the current young students.
