Little tink , the poorly stray cat
Donation protected
Hi I'm Judy and I'm fund raising to help pay for the vet treatment for a poorly stray cat I call Little Tink.
He frequented my garden , he is not owned , a stray who was very poorly. We managed to trap him and take him to the vets in Stone . It was difficult but after a few attempts we got him. He had to be sedated as he was so frightened and they discovered he had a temperature of 40 degrees. His organs were close to shut down with the high fever taking hold . He had antibiotics jab, antiinflammatory to try and reduce his fever . They also did a full blood test as he was sedated .The vet said that I had to keep him inside , I had no choice so I borrowed and set up a crate in a bedroom away from my cat . He had anti-inflammatory medicine daily , plus a priobiotic paste in food as he had severe diarrhea also .
After a week's care and rest and comfort , he recovered well and he began eating and drinking and exploring out of his crate . Without intervention he would have sadly died.
However , as a result I have a pretty expensive vet bill to pay and I'm hoping that I can raise some of the money to pay for his treatment.
I had to help him, had no choice but so glad I did . He's a lovely boy and apparently fairly young . He deserved a chance to live .Thsnkyou for any support you can give towards the vet bill.
From me and Tinky
