Little puppy amputation

Hello everybody! I need your help! I live in Luang Prabang, Laos. This is a 1 year old puppy who was injured in a motobike or car accident. One of his back leg is broken and is completely turned on. He cannot use it anymore. His back, as well as his other leg is really weak. He needs a check-up by a real vet and maybe surgery as amputation. Here in Luang Prabang we don't have a competent vet so I have to go to the capital, Vientiane. There are foreign vet who practice. I asked them about the amount and it could be between 500$ and 1000$ as they have to do a check-up and some analyzes. That's an quite big amount for me that I cannot spend that's why I ask your help! Any donation is needed! Actually in the clinic, Charlie will maybe need some treatment before the surgery. That's why the amount became little bit higher. I still need your help.
