Little Kayden Needs Your Help For Surgery

Hello our son Kayden Campbell was born with a birth defect called Hypospadias. Hypospadias has different stages and unfortunately, he had it severe.

We didn’t understand the severity until he started having bladder spasms and infections frequently. He would be playing with his toy truck or car and suddenly stopped to scream in agony. As first-time parents, we were petrified and clueless, however, we knew we had to get help for him. We sought medical care aggressively and his first operation was done on March 13, 2018.

We watch helplessly as he wore catheter for days, something as simple as passing urine was a task for our baby. A second surgery would now be in action as the issue was still not fully resolved. His second Surgery was January 8, 2019.

With prayers and high hope, we trust that the two surgeries would work but, since his last surgery we have had numerous bladder and kidney infections. Doctors and specialist have advised that because there is still an underline issue, he would continue to be ill.

We are now at surgery number three, and you can now imaging how completely maxed out we are financially as our son is on to his third surgery by the age of 5. As parents, our hearts are completely broken, if tears could heal him, he’d be better. I pray for no more pain, no more agonizing screams, no more bladder or kidney challenges, please help me, help me to make our son understand that childhood is just not about pain, there is more to life than this.
