On the 18th may we will be completing the Keswick 3 peaks challenge it’s 18miles around the circumference of lake Windermere , and over the peaks catbells , wallercrag and latrigg . Walking is something we all take for granted, MS has robbed Lisa of that , but with the help of this charity Lisa has access to FREE mindfulness, mobility and strength training , it is a lifeline.
