Lily Beth Bridges Memorial Fund

Matt and Mary Beth went to their normally scheduled anatomy scan for their third baby on July 13th.  Mary Beth was 18 weeks 4 days pregnant.  They were told that day that their baby, Lily Beth, had a condition called Anencephaly.  Her brain and skull did not form normally during the pregnancy.  Matt and Mary Beth decided to carry her to term knowing that Anencephaly is not compatible with life. Lily Beth was born at 12:50 pm on November 20, 2018.  She lived just over 10 hours and was able to meet and be held by all of her family in that time.  She knew only love in this life and achieved God’s whole purpose for her life in those few hours.  

If you would like to honor Lily Beth’s life, please consider giving to the Lily Beth Bridges Memorial Fund in lieu of flowers.  We plan to utilize this fund to help cover funeral costs as well as give to several organizations who have walked with Matt and Mary Beth in this journey including Labor of Hope and Hope Mommies.  Both organizations have helped honor Lily Beth’s life and given Matt and Mary Beth resources to assist them along the way.
