Coach Jeremy Gatwood and his 9-year-old daughter, Paxtyn, were recently in a very serious car accident on August 13th. Paxtyn was placed into a medically induced coma at Children’s Hospital. She suffered a serious head injury which includes a fractured skull.
If you know little Paxtyn, then you'd agree she is one amazing kid. She’s full of joy, kindness, and has the biggest smile you've ever seen. Coach Jeremy and his wife, Ashley, have dedicated much of their time to our community. They spend most days traveling to and from Newark to coach youth soccer. For the Gatwoods, coaching is done as a whole family. Our soccer team is really like another family. The Gatwoods mean so much to so many people. Let’s love on the Gatwoods as they're going through this difficult time.
Paxtyn is one of the toughest kids you'll ever meet. She's going to keep fighting through this so we need to keep praying.
Many of you have already reached out to see how you can help. We know that they appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Please consider sharing this Go Fund Me so we can reach as many people as possible. If you feel prompted, another way to help would be to donate. There will be many different expenses involved for them. This is going to be a long road for little Paxtyn. Please help us support the family through this time.
Thank You!!!
