Let's turn our compassion into action for Kyle!

Most of you know the Rozell's: Kyle, Mandy, Reiner, and Adley. The all-American family, he the accomplished veterinarian, she the incredibly creative Mom that has been an intricate part of the Meigs Jewelry family for more than 20 years, Reiner the kind hearted bull rider and Adley the full of life feisty cheerleader. A young loving family living life to its fullest, that is, until last June. In the midst of Covid, Kyle began to experience a pain in his shoulder. He thought nothing of the extreme pain other than it being just an annoying resurgence of an old baseball injury. However, after a month of testing, the news that followed changed Kyle and his sweet family's lives forever. Kyle’s diagnosis was the inconceivable, Stage IV Thymic Carcinoma (metastatic to bone) cancer. The following 14 months have been an emotional roller coaster with numerous surgeries at M.D. Anderson followed by treatment after treatment. Good news only to be followed by extremely difficult news, it seemed as if every door and window was closing. With much prayer, a new direction quickly came into clarity. Everything has fallen into place for Kyle to receive new treatments and therapies in Mexico that are not yet available in the US. We are believing these new medicines will put Kyles's cancer into remission and give him the quality of life that he deserves.

When someone we know is facing a fierce life-threatening battle, many times we feel helpless and do not know what to do. Coming together as a community is one way to show our love and make a huge impact. Our friend Kyle Rozell is in this battle and we as a community can make a difference through our prayers and our money. The treatments and travel expenses are all out of pocket costs, which no doubt will be astronomical. Please join us in raising funds to help with their expenses on this journey. With the many difficult obstacles that are in front of Kyle and Mandy, lets help make financial uncertainty not part of their daily worries.
