Let’s Help Harry Hales
Donation protected
This is Harry!
Harry has recently been diagnosed with an extremely rare and extremely serious illness called aplastic anemia. Aplastic anemia is a life threatening blood disorder caused by the bone marrow not functioning properly. His bone marrow is failing and its not producing enough of all three blood cells, red, white and platelets. The treatment for him is chemo and then a bone marrow transplant.
He’s already gone through so much for a 4 year old, 2 bone marrow biopsies, multiple blood tests everyday, multiple transfusions and still his battle continues.
Harry has now completed his chemotherapy treatment and stem cell transplant. His amazing bit sister Eva donated her bone marrow to him to save his life. He’s is home and recovering slowly, he still has a long road ahead of him and Darrel and Steph are still unable to work.
This is to help take some stress off his family as they go through this horrific time with Harry. I’ve upped the target amount to £9000 now we have reached our initial target of £5000 as the family are still unable to work and Harry still has a long journey ahead of him
Thank you all so much for all of your love and support. Xx
