Demo to make room for Leona's House

Leona is a fiesty 5 year old who is currently kicking Leukemia's butt!  She was referred to Make-A-Wish to have her ultimate wish of a Pirate Ship playhouse built!  Make-A-Wish is having the Ship built, but we are in charge of covering the Demo costs of brick walls, tree removal, etcetera to make room for her Pirate Ship.   We currently have a lot of medical expenses, so any help is so appreciated!  Leona sends her roars and love!
