We are launching Ava Marilyn, a recent Pepperdine University graduate, into her first starring film role with "The Lost Dog." After 12 years of professional training, Ava has been recognized by her teachers and coaches for her rare, natural talent and her ability to bring deep emotion and authenticity to every role. Her dream is to have a flourishing career as a film actress and this project is our way of giving her the platform she deserves to accomplish that dream.

We are working with Fulvew Productions, a respected film company in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to create an independent short that will not only further Ava’s career but also remind audiences of the power of filmmaking to spark imagination.

This fundraiser will help us cover essential costs: hiring a talented cast and crew, bringing in a professional dog actor, securing unique filming locations, work with a special effects artist from "Walking Dead", and submitting the finished project to festivals. We’re also planning a premiere watch party and red carpet reception in late 2025, following our mid-September 2025 shoot. Every contribution will help us provide Ava the best possible career launch as we create a film that not only showcases her talent range but also stands out in the industry.
