It's all about the JACE

Hello, my name is Jace Gavin I'm a 19 month old little boy. I was diagnostic with a rare heart defect, they say one out of a million people are born with this defect. I have two classic ASD( Atrial Septal Defect) my other defect is my Pulmonary Veins are located in the wrong part of my heart, which makes most of the blood dump into the right lower chamber of my heart which in turn causes the right side of my heart to become enlarged. This has caused my liver to drop lower than normal. My little heart is working extra hard to squeeze all the blood out of my heart and not allowing me to grow!!
