Hi Everyone,

My dear friend Kevin Bedford has been diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. Which is bile duct cancer. Unfortunately, it has spread to his liver and lymph nodes.

He was diagnosed 6 weeks ago and has been patiently awaiting treatment. He will hopefully begin chemo next week pending insurance approval. It's been a slow process and as you know, when it comes to cancer time is of the essence.

Kevin will have several weeks of chemo and most likely will have to miss work.

His sweet wife Gilly was hoping to go back to work after the summer break, but with Kevin's diagnosis that probably won't be possible. She's also been taking care of her mom who had a bad fall as well as her brother who is battling lung cancer. They also have 2 boys who are 12 and 16. They are in this fight together.

Cancer is tough enough with the extra stress and financial burdens which is why I started this fundraiser. I wanted to alleviate some of their financial burdens and stress so that Kevin can concentrate on kicking his cancer to the curb!

I know they would be very grateful for any help they receive.
