Kenneth’s Rehab Road to Recovery
As many of you know Kenneth Kay had a serious stroke at the end of July. He has been in a hospital or rehab hospital since then. He is paralyzed on the right side of his body. The doctors give him a good chance of getting back to normal with much intensive physical therapy. Unfortunately Kenneth does not have health insurance. So, the bills are piling up. The cost for his rehab is $4,000 per week and that does not cover his skilled nursing costs.
Kenneth would never be the type to ask for help, but I don’t mind asking on his behalf. Anything someone can give will go to his rehab care. The doctors say the first 2-3 months are the most important time for rehab. If he doesn’t get intensive physical therapy daily he may not regain full use of his right side. We are trying to raise $25,000 to pay for his physical therapy and medical costs. Thank you in advance for any help you can give Kenneth.
