Keeping women safe from a predator turned into amputation.

Donation protected
On Dec 1 while telling a guy to leave some women alone the sound of a female voice as if tied up at the mouth was trying to get attention. After trying to see what was going on the driver gave chase with a tire iron. When he ran back to his camper van I followed yelling let her go repeatedly. I yelled for the other to hear he had someone tied up in the back. It was then he looked at me and jumped back inside. In what didn't even seem like one second had passed her had it started in gear cracked the wheel and floored it. Unfortunately he turned the wheel towards me. With no time to run or jump out the way he struck me, then the tree behind me. My leg was between the bumper and the tree. It bounc backwards and I tried to run. It was then I found out my leg was completely snapped. It was flopping and I spin around trying to catch myself from falling. I lay on the sidewalk screening for help as my bones stuck out my leg. I didn't know he was standi g over me with the tire iron in hand. The women at the end of the street was too scared to. One try and help until he ran away. He ran dragging the girl in the van with him by the hair one wo.an told me. Laying there screaming slowly became low tells for help and I lost more and more blood. One woman was covered trying to hold my leg tight with me. I thought I was dying until the police arrived and told me this is going to hurt. Then the clicks from the tourniquet happened. That's when I screamed from insane pain and passed out. I woke up in ICU in Vic gen hospital with rods drilled into my leg holding my bones in line. Even begging the doctors to save my leg nothing could be helped. On day 5 they had to amputate my leg because blood wasn't getting there and it pretty much died. Waking up to half my leg gone was the worst shock in the world. Everytime I realized or it caught my eye I bust into tears. Cried for a month straight. It's been 7 months since then and still no prosthetic. Even if I did have one I was told it takes a long time before I will be able to wear it all day and able to work. Not sure what kind of job I'll have to switch to, not sure if I'll be able to roof again. Sucks because its all I know. With rent, food, bills, and everything else in life and only receiveing persons with disabilities (PWD) which is only $1500 a month life has gotten pretty hard. It's embarassing even doing this. Just trying to keep going and not lose my place but still eat and pay bills. The guy handed himself in the next day and hopefully will never get out to hurt any women again or ruin someone's life like he has mine. Didnt realize just how much my life was going to be affected or what this would do mentally. Any money that might be raised would go towards rent, bills, food, and anything else life throws my way. Any woman reading this I encourage you to invest in some type of self defense weapon. There is alot of things that goes on in this city that people don't hear about. This guy was known downtown for being involved in human trafficking. How people knew this and allowed him to keep walking blows my mind. He's currently in willki. Christian Gonzo murphy. Would love to hear about him getting some jail justice. I put his name here for any woman that might meet him in the future to be careful.
