Keeping Grand Martial Arts doors open

I am owner and head coach of Grand Martial arts. We have been running since May 2014. It is a small business that works mainly with kids, but we also so do have adults. I love coaching, but slowly we have been losing members! Covid hit and knock us (everyone down) then we slowly started to recover, then we were forced to change venues. That effected us badly. Trying to raise enough money to keep running into 2023.

If I can raise more, I would like to move to a venue closer to the old one. Which should get us more students.
