Kaspar's Medical & Living Expenses for Family

Donation protected
*Alley Morgan is the beneficiary, I will receive no funds. I am just setting this up for her, so the funds will go directly to her.*

Hi, my name is Jessica and I am fundraising for my friend Alley Morgan, and her beautiful son Kaspar. Kaspar has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia. He is three years old. Initially Alley decided to not create a Gofundme, as she didn't want your hard earned money to get a percentage taken away, but I convinced her to give it a go, so that way the campaign may spread further as mutual friends share it to their mutual friends etc., and so she may be able to get more financial help for wages lost as she takes care of her son (and her other son as well). Please, if there is any way you can help, this is what coming together is all about. These are what Gofundmes are made for. Every little bit will help. Please share this as well so they can get as much help as they can through these tough times.

Here is more information about Kaspar that she has shared.

"I'd like to provide some information about Kaspar's Leukemia. There are two main cell lines of Leukemia. Kaspar has the most common one found most commonly in people of his age vs other ages (hes 3 years old). It is where one cell in his body decided to mutate poorly and created a leukemia cell that then started to spread into more, taking over the production of his other cells like his red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets that come from your bone marrow. This is blood cancer so there aren't any "stages" since the stages are to indicate how far its spread. This means its all over his body. To treat this he will start on chemotherapy. He will not need a bone marrow transplant since this doesn't seem to be a likely case, at least not right now.
We are here in the hospital for about a week, and then we will be doing outpatient and home treatment. Treatment will work on destroying the leukemia cells but the medication won't really be able to decipher between leukemia and healthy cells so both will be destroyed. He will likely continue to get blood transfusions just to keep his blood as healthy as can be while the treatment destroys the leukemia. Leukemia can be a sneaky lil bitch so it can hide for a long time and cause it to come back to this degree. This means he will be on treatment for about 3 years. It is NOT likely to come back after that. The number of cases is very low. And he should be able to return to a normal life with little to no setbacks.
Unfortunately, the research for HOW leukemia happens is still ongoing. We dont know how he developed it, especially with so many factors to involve in the sequence of events.
And lastly but definitely not least...
A lot of you have asked how you can help. I have a decent support system that is helping in the front term. There's not a lot anyone else can do, especially not specifically for Kaspar alone. Mental and emotional support through this whole process is probably going to be the cheapest and most helpful in a broad term and not just for me but for Ray Jr Caldwell , big brother Kayden, and our immediate family that is directly affected.
Kaspar is currently covered by 2 medical insurances, so the cost of this to us is unknown as of yet. Our biggest financial set back will be loss of wages from time off of work and we are going through the state to try to get some help (although that process takes forever). If you really feel obligated to help financially you can send via facebook pay (in messenger) or venmo @AlyciaMorgan
I will not be opening a gofundme (I dont believe in their system or others like it Id rather your hard earned money be fully put towards Kaspar not ripped off in any way).
All money donated will go directly to Kaspars health and well being first, rent and medical bills to follow, and then transferred to a savings account strictly for anything in the future he may need as a result of any financial setbacks due to this circumstance. *******This is not required and I'm not really asking for it but if this is how you feel you can help I wont say no. *******
If you'd like our address to send anything please DM.
However, in consideration to other children that are not as good off as Kaspar is, please consider donating blood, platelets, plasma, whatever etc., and being put on the list to be a bone marrow donator (I believe they take a sample to get your information and then put it in their database when looking for a match they can align the markers easier this way). You never know when you could be the match someone needs to survive. ❤
Thank you all for tuning in. Updates from here will probably be fewer and further between. Continued support is always welcome ❤ Both Ray and I appreciate you all. Thank you all so much ❤"

As you can see, she also has provided her Venmo if you would like to instead donate directly to her that way.
