Hi, my name is Meagan and I am fundraising in support of my uncle and his family.

On behalf of our family, we are asking for support during an unimaginable time.

In a devastating house fire, my uncle’s family lost their home and nearly everything they owned. Even more heartbreakingly, they also lost an incredible young man, and hero, Clayton T. Stewart, my cousin’s fiancé—who did not make it out of the home. He was deeply loved by family and his comedy community. His loss has left an immeasurable hole in many hearts.

To make matters worse, they had 4 pets; a chocolate lab and 3 cats. Firefighters were able to retrieve their dog, unfortunately she did not survive due to complications from the fire. Their 3 cats are still missing.

In a matter of moments, this family lost their sense of safety, their belongings, and someone they cared for deeply. They are now facing the overwhelming reality of grief while also needing to rebuild their lives from the ground up.

Funds raised will go toward:

* Immediate living expenses (clothing, food, temporary housing)

* Rebuilding and recovery costs

* Funeral and memorial expenses

* Supporting the family as they navigate this incredibly difficult time

* Outstanding Vet bill
