Josh & Aleah Shilling Accident Fund

Word is now spreading around the Bluegrass community and friends of the Shilling family regarding a recent accident involving Josh Shilling, his wife Aleah, and oldest daughter Isabella. The Shillings are usually pretty private about this sort of thing, but felt it was time to update everyone.  (You can see more info on Josh's post here: https://www.facebook.com/joshshilling/posts/10225661835119714) 

The Shillings have health insurance and are praying that this tragic accident is fully covered.  Even if everything is covered, they face a $12,000 minimum out of pocket in immediate medical bills, the need to hire help with the kids more now, and out of pocket physical therapy and other things that might not be covered. Both Josh and Aleah will continue to work as time moves forward and will get through this, but the extent of the impact on their lives is unknown. 

Josh has continued to work from home recording during the pandemic and Aleah is back at work now since the accident. Josh and Aleah know that this could have been so much worse and that they are very blessed. They are willing to get through this on their own, but as you may or may not know musicians were hit really hard this past year. Bills piling up and a year of no work is a lot for anyone to manage, and I know they could use our help. So I started this to see if we could help cover their immediate medical expenses and any help they may need so that they can focus on healing.
