Join Us in Supporting Layne Curry

Hi! We are a group of yoga teachers and friends of Layne Curry. Layne has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. She carries a gene mutation and has a family history, which is why she is opting for a surgical approach. At present Layne’s mom is dying of breast cancer and Layne wants to assure her that she will be alright.

As you know, Layne is self-employed and works serving the health needs of our community as a yoga teacher and massage therapist. Because she will be unable to work while she heals, and her return to work may take longer than expected given her profession, Layne will be without income for the next few months. We are coming together to support her during this difficult time—helping cover basic needs, medical expenses, and recovery costs. We also hope to organize some fundraising yoga classes and provide meals to ease her burden.
