After my mother passed suddenly in 2016 I've been taking care of my Dad, who had Alzheimer's. It's been rough, and I dedicated myself entirely to his care and had to take care of him 24/7 which means I couldn't work outside of the house. Dad and I both caught covid at the end of July, and unfortunately it took my father to heaven on August 19, 2022. I'm still recovering from the effect the illness had on me on top of my already poor health as well as trying to grieve the loss of my Dad. On top of all of that I have to sell my parents house for far less than I need to find a new place to live, and that's after looking for the cheapest place I can get and keep my babies. I have no savings and the house is going to be sold for far less than I will need to move (owed mortgage and I have to split the profit with my brother). I'm desperate, and I'm running out of time. Anything you can spare will go directly to securing a safe home for me and my cats, and hopefully give me a little cushion to support me while I get settled and some time to recover and process everything that has happened. I hate that I have to beg for help but that's what I have to do to protect my babies. Please don't let me end up on the street. Please don't make me have to surrender my cats to a shelter. I'm sobbing while writing this because I never imagined I would be here, so close to losing everything. Please help if you can, or share if you can't ❤️
