Jim's Esophageal Cancer Fund

I was diagnosed 3 years ago with Esophageal Cancer, one of the worst. Not many survivors! I was unable to eat or sip water for almost 2 years. have insurance but after having a very serious operation removing my Esophagus and attaching my stomach to my neck I am now able to eat. I first had a stent put in and it slipped down, life threatening and was helicoptered to hospital at a cost o $45k, still owe $10k. It has been hell! I haves spent many days in hospitals, many bills for expensive Radiation and Chemo therapies. Bills still keep coming? My insurance does not pay all the costs. I now owe tens of thousands of dollars. We have gone through my wife's 401K and all our savings and now live day to day with paying our bills. I am a Vietnam Era USAF Vet and have never received an unemployment check or benefit in my life. There is no financial help for me! I am just able to keep up with my home payments and utilities for the moment? Bills, even food is getting to be a problem. We do not eat out or have much entertainment outside the home. I have never collected a benefit or help from anyone in my 77 years! Could just use a little help in this trumatic time in my life!
