I’m reaching out with a heavy heart, urgently trying to raise funds to help my children and me either move into new housing or keep the place we currently have. We have just 7 days to either relocate or pay rent for July, or we’ll face eviction. I’ve been struggling financially for the past couple of months and exhausted all my savings and have managed to hold on this far—but I’ve reached a point where I can’t do it alone anymore.
I just secured a job, which I’m grateful for, but my first steady paycheck won’t come until next month. By then, I’ll already be behind on bills and unable to catch up. I could lose our home and our only vehicle—the two things holding what’s left of our stability.
My 3-year-old son has several medical issues, and until we get a more clear diagnosis, I won’t be able to work full-time at the job I secured. He needs frequent appointments, and we’ll soon need to travel to see a team of heart and lung specialists—something I’m not even sure how we’ll afford yet.
I’ve never been homeless with my kids, and I’m doing everything in my power to prevent that from happening. I’ve always found a way on my own, since I was a young girl, and asking for help is incredibly difficult. But for my children, I will do anything.
Any support—whether through donations, shares, or kind words—will go directly toward securing or keeping a safe place for us to live, and giving us the chance to rebuild with stability and hope. To those who have already been praying for us or reaching out, thank you. Your support means more than I can put into words.
