Jeremy Needs Your Help for Treatment

Our dear friend Jeremy Griffin has been diagnosed with collagenous gastritis, a very rare disorder that causes disabling GI symptoms, and his symptoms have been progressively worsening over the last 2 years. He has had countless tests and has seen multiple specialists and as of yet he has had no effective therapies to relieve his symptoms. He has unfortunately had to withdraw from work and is still waiting for his disability application to be determined.

He has an upcoming return visit to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for more testing, hopefully to then devise a treatment plan to start based on these test results. This fundraising effort is aimed to help pay for his upcoming trip to Mayo (estimated cost $4000 including flights, medical visits, hotel and food), and also to help with his monthly insurance premiums.
