Jennifer Paradis (TubaDiva) Memorial Fund

Early in July, the low brass community lost an active and cheerful participant, the Atlanta area lost a vocal advocate for community performing ensembles, an online community lost is moderator and part of its foundation, and the world lost a wonderful human being.  More significantly, a mother lost her daughter, her siblings have lost their sister, and many of us lost a great friend.

Jennifer Paradis was rich with friends, had a wealth of stories, treasured the people she spent time with (as many of us were told by her on a weekly basis), and even had a little hoard of interesting musical instruments, music and associated things, all of inestimable personal worth, but poorly reflected on a balance sheet.

It's a lot of words to say that Jennifer's family now faces the task not only of dealing with her loss, but finding a way to cover the expenses that come along with it.  The pandemic has taken away a chance to come together in her memory in person, but hopefully all of us can help to ease their burden as they deal with the details, and prepare to give Jenny the farewell she deserves once it's possible. 

Everything collected here will go directly to Jennifer's family, to use as they deem necessary.
