“If the people we love are stolen from us, the way to have them live on is to never
stop loving them.”
Hello, My name is Adrianna and I am calling out to anyone who has lost a child or has known someone who has lost a child. My best friend lost her daughter Jennifer due to the negligence of another person who hit and ran and left her helpless. I am asking for your help; I am reaching out to the parents who will not rest until their child is at home, comfortable, safe, and sound asleep. In April 2018, I moved to Washington with my 2-year-old daughter, leaving an abusive relationship starting from the bottom, where I met Nadine, Jennifer’s mother. Nadine and I hit it off very well. We soon became absolute best friends. Nadine's family became my family, and Jennifer like a daughter of my own. Jennifer looked forward to playing with all the children and was incredibly supportive. Jennifer was known to be adored and loved by everyone who encountered her. Jennifer was an outstanding student and peer, well known in her community. She loved hanging out with friends and family, but most of all she had an enormously powerful connection with her mom. Jennifer always saw the good in people and believed this world could become better by standing up and evoking her beliefs. It saddens us that she was taken away suddenly and far too soon. Jennifer graduated from High School with Honors and had her whole life ahead of her; she was one week away from going off to college to pursue her most desired dreams. She was taken from her family, friends and future by a man who had no remorse after knowing what he had done. I am asking for donations to raise $15,000 by Wednesday, September 7th, to ensure Jennifer gets the Memorial she deserves, honor her memory, and say our last goodbyes.
