It is with heavy hearts that we remember Rob Schmitt. On December 24th the family lost a husband, father, brother, son and friend. Rob was a dedicated father and husband who left behind his fiancé Shana and children Aubrey- 11, Justin- 8, & Ava- 2.
This devastating and tragic loss has impacted our lives and our hearts unexpectedly. Rob was the sole provider for his family. The decision he made is not something we will ever forget but let’s allow it to help us come together now to help him as he has helped so many of us.
As friends and family, we are trying to raise money to help pay for Rob’s final expenses and help support the family he left behind. Please give as you can and forward to anyone who may want to help. It would make Rob so happy to see everyone come together to show their support, and to help his beautiful family.
Thank you for your kindness, Rob touched our lives in so many ways. The joy and happiness he brought to this world was unforgettable. His caring and loving spirit was contagious to everyone he knew. He was an amazing man, was very smart and so determined. He did whatever he could for his family and if you knew him, you certainly already knew this.
On a final note, I urge anyone who is feeling lost, or alone at this time to please reach out. There is always someone to talk to, or someone there to listen.
Just as night is followed by day, so too, your dark times will be followed by brighter days.
