Donation protected
Jason has been a Signalman with BNSF since April of 2011. Jason served on the Fort Scott gang for much of his time at BNSF and bid to the shop in Springfield to be home with his wife and children. Shortly after coming off the road Jason suffered a head trauma while disassembling a switch machine. Jason’s injury resulted in a Traumatic Brain Injury which caused a traumatic brain hemorrhage in July of 2017. Jason’s health has declined, and his deficits have multiplied. Jason has struggled with significant impairment in his daily functioning to include severe exhaustion, confusion, weakness, and personality changes. Jason has severe deficiency with his auditory and visual memory and learning, significant auditory suppression in his left ear as a result of TBI, and frontal lobe seizures making him unable to perform common task. Jason’s injuries have greatly impacted the whole family. He has been married to his high school sweetheart Alaina for 18 years and has three children; Ella Joy 12, Anna Grace 9, and Sawyer 6. They live in Willard MO and greatly appreciate all prayers and support you can offer.
