I'm attempting to finish the last step of my physical transition. It's been 6 years, (and a lifetime left) of hormone replacement therapy, a breast enhancement procedure and an orchiectomy, now at the age of 38 I've one final goal; facial reconstruction surgery.

I began my physical transition relatively late in life. I was simply born a decade too early to enjoy the benefits of the information and resources that are afforded to the current generation.

A little help from you will afford me the opportunity to move forward, to finally feel comfortable in my own skin and allow me to do what matters most.... lead a happy life so that I can give the absolute most of myself to others in need.
