Jamal's London Marathon - For Dean & Mind Charity

On Sunday, 23 April 2023, I will be running the London Marathon for Mind Charity.

As some of you may be aware, our family lost our amazing brother, uncle and son Dean, to suicide. As anyone who ever had the fortune of meeting Dean, you'll know how amazing he was, any room he ever walked into he lit up with his beautiful smile. Our brother was one of a kind, he was someone that would go above and beyond for any of his friends & family, this is why we're doing everything we can to raise for the amazing charity that is Mind in the hope that even one less family has to go through the tragedy that we have.
