Jack's last wishes for the love of his life

Jack lived to take care of the love of his life, to the very end.  Upon his passing, his wife Juanita will require complete care as he was her sole caregiver.  As his children, we are living up to his wishes and we feel that your contribution in lieu of flowers will help us to carry out those wishes.  We want to thank you for loving our parents as much as they have loved you.
