Hi y'all!
Some of you may know I am heading to Namibia this September to work in a wildlife sanctuary for 2 weeks. https://naankuse.com/
They work with endangered, orphaned and injured animals and it will be an actual dream to spend my time there. It will be hands-on work and I will be sharing pictures and updates while I am there for you to follow.
I will be holding a few events hopefully over the next few months to raise money for the Sanctuary, WWF and Born Free Foundation, including a quiz in Dublin in July and a fun day in Ardee in August.
I want to raise as much as I can to help them and every €1 is 33c more to give to each of them!
To start with- it costs €1100 for the Sanctuary and so my aim is to get that, and divide any more after that up.
If you have a few euros to spare to get me on the road,that would be incredible.

Conserving Wildlife in Namibia
Join for a once in a lifetime experience of living and working in the real Africa, and take a hands on role in conservation, rehabilitation and humanitarian work. The Namibia Wildlife Sanctuary and Conservation projects offer people the opportunity from all walks of life to make a lasting and tangible difference to the lives of the vulnerable San community and Namibia’s wildlife, with no previous experience required. The sanctuary is home to a diverse variety of wildlife species. Many of these animals have taken refuge at the sanctuary, having unfortunately come into conflict with humans. These animals are released back into the wild whenever possible, and for those that are too habituated to humans, or injured, the sanctuary provides an opportunity for these animals to thrive in a natural environment, without the threat of persecution.
