Tornado Victims Clarksdale MS 12/23

Dec 23rd Clarksdale Mississippi a Tornado hit this community killing 10 people and destroying 25 homes.  No doubt nearby homes have substantial damage.  Carole, Megan and I have decided to make our Christmas about giving.  We are loading our car up (Now) 12/24 and driving to Clarksdale where we will spend the next 5 days giving.  We will provide supplies, hugs, sweat and a lending hand.  Taking a page from Sheila & Erik from www.penniesoftime.com when they helped tornado victims in OK.  We are loading up supplies:  Tarps, Baby Wipes, Gloves, Water, Flashlights, First Aids, Snacks, Face Masks, Chain Saws, Ponchos, Diapers.  When we get there we'll figure out the rest.  100% of your donations will go to help with supplies.  We will take care of our own personal expenses and we plan on showing up at first daylight Christmas morning and staying nearby to help for the next 5 days.  If you can financially help great, if not we will take your prayers and thoughts for those in need.  God Bless and Merry Christmas.

All funds will be used for supplies as stated above.  Any funds leftover will be donated to the local Salvation Army chapter.  All of our personal expenses we are paying out of our pocket.  Supplies will be freely given to people at there homes as we help them clean up after the storms. 

This is a Christmas act of kindness, we do not know anyone in MS.  It was the right thing to do.  I'm keeping receipts for anyone who wants to know.
