Hi, my name’s Hollie.

On May 8th, I lost my dad. He was a man with complex needs who, despite the many challenges he faced, finally found care, understanding, and dignity in a place called Cornerstone—an assisted living facility that gave him the best chance he ever had.

Although his time there was short, it was meaningful. For the first time in a long time, my dad was treated with the compassion and respect he deserved. He was lucky—he had family who could provide him with clothing and essentials, things many others sadly go without.

That’s why I’m setting up this GoFundMe: to create a clothing fund for new residents entering Cornerstone. Many arrive with little to nothing. With your help, we can give them more than just clothes—we can give them comfort, dignity, and a better start.

This is in memory of my dad, and for all those who deserve a second chance just like he had.
