I have greatly neglected my health.

I am Carla.

It is all my fault if there are so many things than have gone wrong with my health. After Andrea left I was so busy with everything, securing the house, keeping grief at bay and looking after myself were not a priority. I have been overwhelmed by it all since November last when life exploded like a puzzle.

I have somehow taken charge again and found strenght to face it all. Half of the stuff I need to do is covered by our National Health Service ( SSN) but for others the waiting list is too long and I cannot wait.

Also I have stress-induced ailments whose medications are not covered by a doctor prescription but have to be paid in full. I really hope to feel better soon.

If you can somehow help I would be very grateful.
