Hunter Thomas Memorial Fund

As many of you know, we lost my brother Hunter Thomas Friday, August 24, 2018 just before noon. His passing has left a gaping hole in my family, the Huntsville music community, and countless other peoples' lives. It is with heavy hearts that we find ourselves having to ask his numerous friends, colleagues, former students and the many people whose lives were influenced by Hunter for financial help at this time. Due to the intensive medical care he received and the fact that he was unable to concentrate on details that did not pertain to his health, there are a few matters that now need to be taken care of. We wouldn't be asking for this assistance if it weren't truly necessary. Any dollar amount would help and be greatly appreciated.
Though his life was cut much too short, Hunter was greatly loved by the many people whose lives he touched. His legacy will live on for many generations through the memories, performances, and teachings of family members, friends, students past and present, and the talented musicians who were lucky enough to share a stage with Hunter....The Bassoon King.
