Single Mom Returning to School to Build a Brighter Future

Hello kind supporters,

I’m a single mom of four without family, and a small business owner who’s been fighting through tough times since 2020. In 2019, my father passed away, leaving behind bills and responsibilities I’ve shouldered ever since. My business hasn’t fully recovered, and I’ve been balancing mortgage, utilities, and the daily needs of a household of six, my four children and my elderly mother, while trying to keep hope alive for a better future. Even with help, I'm not fully making it or able to save. With blogs and websites for the bot of business that I have left that I have to pay for including online classrooms fo rd my own students, and so many other things, including sustaining the life of my children, the home, groceries and myself, it’s been increasingly difficult even with help. I’m eternally grateful for what the Lord provides, but I know that I have to fight harder myself in order to get somewhere. This fundraiser would really help give me the stepping stone to do so. 

My house is even falling apart. I just hope to grow to get life in a better place.

I would like to go back to school to pursue a new career that will provide stability and a path for growth for my family. And so I'm here with a clear goal to raise money to sustain my family and earn a degree to secure a steady, fulfilling job. This is a big leap of faith, and I’m reaching out in hopes of finding support to make it possible. I truly never like to ask for help.

Funds raised here will directly support tuition, fees, and program costs; books, supplies, and required equipment; essential living expenses that I'm short on for a family of six (rent, groceries, utilities); and any transportation to and from campus.
