Punjab Floods Relief Aid
Donation protected
Hello Everyone ,
We the students at the Punjab Students Association (a student club) based in University of British Columbia are coming together to support our families, friends, and communities who have been devastated by the recent floods not only in the Indian part of Punjab but on the other side of the border as well.
Homes lost. Lives upended. Communities underwater.
Entire towns and villages in Punjab have been submerged. Families have lost everything overnight — their homes, livelihoods, and sense of safety. Children, the elderly, and vulnerable individuals are now without shelter, food, clean water, or medical care.
Watching our loved ones and communities in Punjab suffer from afar is heartbreaking. Even though we are miles away, we feel a deep responsibility to come together, raise our voices, and provide help in this time of crisis.
Our Aim
This fundraiser is dedicated to supporting emergency relief efforts on the ground in Punjab. We are collaborating with multiple non-profit organizations and charities like Rehras Sewa Society and Team 1699.
Your donations will directly help:
- Provide emergency food and clean drinking water to displaced families.
- Distribute medical aid, hygiene kits, and other essential supplies.
- Support the rebuilding of homes and restoration of livelihoods.
Why Your Support Matters
Every donation — no matter the size — makes a real, tangible difference. Together, we can bring relief, restore dignity, and offer hope to those who need it most.
How You Can Help
- Donate whatever you can to this fundraiser.
