My name is Maria Fatima Psinas from the Philippines who has been married to my American husband Greg Psinas for 23 yrs.

I am reaching out with a humble and hopeful heart . My husband has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer- a life changing diagnosis that has turned our world upside down. He is a loving husband and a good provider and seing him face this illness has been incredibly difficult for our family. Since his diagnosis we have been facing overwhelming medical expenses and continue to grow far beyond what we can manage on our own.

Right now, our focus is on giving him the best possible chance to fight this disease. However, the financial burden has added immense stress during an already painful time.
