Hello, I am holding this fundraiser on behalf of Tracey “Tray” King-Davis. Tracey was a wonderful person that filled any room she was in with joy and love. Her smile, laugh and spirit is one her family will miss forever. On March 21st, 2023, at the young age of 33, Tracey fell victim to a very tragic domestic violence incident that resulted in the end of her life. Tracey’s mother Rhonda Scott is asking for the help of her community, family, and friends to lay her child to rest properly. Rhonda has experienced pain that no mother wants to feel. A few months before Tracey’s passing Tracey’s twin sister Stacey also passed away. Stacey battled Lupus for a long time but was called home to the lord on September 25th, 2022. The loss of Stacey has had a great impact on the entire family and we are still in the grieving process.
We, as a family, are devastated by the news of Tracey’s passing. In less than six months, Rhonda will be burying yet another child. No mother should have to bury their children. This is truly the most challenging time for our family, and we are hurting deeply. None of us expected to lose Tracey or Stacey so soon. They were a dynamic duo. They were full of life and love and touched the hearts of so many people.
We would love to give Tracey a wonderful homegoing ceremony that best represents who she was as a person, a friend, a daughter, a niece, a sister, and a bro lol. Any help provided will go directly to her mother and family.
We ask that the community please come together to help honor the legacy of Tracey and also bring justice to the incident that occurred. We would love the help of donations, prayers, and even kind words. We can use all the love and support we can get during this difficult time. If you prefer Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zell, etc please do not hesitate to reach out directly.
Lastly, we would like to thank everyone for the outpour of love that has been shown thus far. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and please continue to keep our family in your prayers.
