Hi everyone,

I’m creating this GoFundMe in honor of my sister, Lorena Yazzie-Cornett, who left this world far too soon. Lorena was a fiery soul with a heart of gold, the kind of person who could light up a room just by walking into it. She was strong, passionate, and full of love, and she made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Lorena leaves behind her beloved daughter, Marliana, and her two precious granddaughters, who meant everything to her. She also leaves behind a family who loved her more than words can express, and who is struggling to navigate this heartbreaking loss.

Lorena was the type of person who would give you the shirt off her back, no questions asked. She cared deeply for others, stood up for what she believed in, and always showed up for the people she loved. Her kindness, strength, and spirit will never be forgotten.
