Help Disabled Family of 8

My wife, Natacha Wasylyk has been locked out of her GoFundMe account due to her not having appropriate government issued photo ID so this is a continuation of her fundraiser which GFM paused. GF doesn't accept health cards which is all Natacha has as photo ID. I, her husband have an Ontario Driver's license which GF accepts which is why I started this fundraiser.

The previous GF had gained $1258 due to those who generously donated. Thank you so much. To date, we've had to pay over $4000, which is outlined below.

We are currently going through pre-court proceedings to have our cosigner removed which in turn, we may lose our family of 8's home because of him.

Long story short, We went to court to put away someone who hurt my daughter in the worst way possible. I'm not allowed to say names since the abuser was acquitted by a judge.

We lost court due to the abuse being "historic" and lacking physical proof.

We ended up receiving a letter from the abuser's father's lawyer, who is our home co-owner, saying that NOW he wants $300,000.00 as a buyout or we chance losing our house as part of the Ontario Partition Act.

The requested buyout is insanely high & malicious.

Registered Mortgage Amount: $246,000

Downpayment: $76,000

Amount Owing: $144,500

Since March 2019, we have paid the monthly mortgage, not the co-owner.

We've repaid 10's of thousands of dollars, $27,000+ toward repairs to the co-owner since March 2019. Which he conveniently left out of his correspondence letter from his lawyer.

We have a lawyer but being a low-income family on ODSP, we don't qualify for Legal Aid due to the circumstances of the matter.

What your donations will go towards:

Travel (Gas) - Approx. $75/tank of gas for appointments.

--> Appointments: Financial Advisor, Lawyer & etc.

Lawyer fees: $150/hr + GST

Lawyer Retainer fee:

- $500 for Correspondence to other lawyer.

- $3390 for lawyer fees.

- $271 for cross-examination reporting fee.

Court fees: TBA if it goes that far.

Court is scheduled for Mid-September 2025.

Out of our family of 8, 7 of us are disabled by having ADHD and/or Autism. My wife suffers from fibromyalgia, GAD and has ADHD/ASD. I'm her legal caregiver as requested by our family doctor to ODSP, which means I have to be with her 100% of the time and makes it difficult to work.

We have 6 beautiful children! We need to keep this home for them since it is the best situation to raise them!!!! Changing their routines and living conditions would be extremely damaging to the current mental development. Taking them out of their comfort zone would in turn cause heightened emotional stress and meltdowns, those with ASD are the most at risk.

One thing I learnt through this all, is you cant trust your own flesh and blood. ...

I just want us to finally live again, instead of just surviving. :(
