I am a 36 year-old transgender individual who has been on a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance. I have been on HRT since it was safe and I was able to do so after being on my own since I turned 28. Transitioning has been both empowering and challenging, but with the support of my friends, family, and community, I have been able to embrace my true identity with confidence.
