HELP WITH SURGERY FOR HENRY

Henry , played at KSA since we 2014 , won many state and regional cup championships. Henry also coached KSA academy and Select , he is a very helpful, kind hearted young man with great characters. He recently broke his nose during a KSA Pro-Profile vs Matata UPSL Game .

After applying all insurance to repair his nose, there is an additional $5,000 out of pocket expense. Please join us in covering this expense for Henry.
